  2. STEP 2
    Accept Fast

    Incoming tab + buzzer + WhatsApp. Delay → trip re-assigned.

  3. STEP 3
    Assign ≥ 4h Before

    Driver must accept on app. Miss the 4h cutoff → transferred.

  4. STEP 4
    Brief the Driver

    App duty, pickup point, fuel, Fastag, no cash. Repeat for group drivers.

  5. STEP 5
    On-time Pickup

    Mark 'Left' T−45 min · reach & mark 'Reached' T−10 min.

  6. STEP 6
    Verify Duty Same Day

    Honest slips = fast pay. Tampering → audit hold.

  7. STEP 7
    Ask for Rating

    Every trip gets a feedback link. High rating = more trips.

  8. STEP 8
    Grow with Fleetoz

    Higher rating → more trips, premium clients, faster pay.

Recharge Fastag to skip toll queues.

Never ask passenger for money or payment.
Group driver? Give extra briefing and verify identity before the trip.
