Comparing pricing: the questions that decide what you actually pay
Published price lists rarely reflect what a mobility platform costs over a year. The cost lands in setup, integrations, per-user add-ons, support tiers and the manual work the software fails to remove. Use this list on every vendor you shortlist, Fleetoz included.
Ten questions to put in writing
- Is pricing per vehicle, per trip, per user, or a platform fee — and what triggers a tier change?
- Is there a one-time setup or implementation fee, and what does it include?
- Are data migration and parallel running charged separately?
- Do ERP / HRMS / SSO integrations cost extra, per connector or per client?
